I was very satisfied with our stay! The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming: they explained everything to us and showed us the area. The apartment is cozy, fully equipped and in a perfect location, right in front of the Palabione chairlift. We would love to come back!

The house is very welcoming, clean and cared for in detail. The location is exceptional: close to the center but also convenient for taking the cable car that is under the house. The owners are wonderful people, kind and always available. I was very impressed by their attention to personally welcoming those who arrive and to preparing every comfort such as fresh fruit, coffee machine with capsules and detergents for the house and people present, towels, washer dryer and dishwasher. In short, a very positive experience. Highly recommended.

It was our first time staying in Aprica and our children’s first ski holiday, we are a family of 4. Such a friendly welcome and seeing how beautiful the apartment was really made a difference to our week. Tastefully presented, everything we needed was there and easy to use. The location was ideal and very quiet. All of this made it easy at the end of a long day to warm up and rest up to enjoy the ski holiday to the fullest. I would highly recommend staying here, the owner is friendly, generous, very willing to answer questions and was a pleasure to deal with.

We stayed in this apartment for a few days in August: very well cared for and equipped with every need. Possibility of “private” parking, uncovered and covered. Very central location, a stone’s throw from a minimarket, bank, restaurants, ice cream parlors and the Palabione cable car. The helpfulness and kindness of the owner Moreno should be emphasized.

We arrived at the apartment shortly after midnight and the owners were happy to show us around, the underground parking, ski storage etc. We received a lovely fruit basket, a bottle of wine and a voucher for breakfast at the bar nearby! It was such a nice gesture that we didn’t expect. Communication with the owners was great, they were always available via WhatsApp and gave us great tips on where to eat, ski and more. We felt very comfortable in the apartment, it is so well thought out with basically everything you could need. We loved that the front door worked with a code so we never had to worry about having the keys with us. The bar downstairs has lovely food and is open from 6am! The supermarket is also just a few minutes walk away which makes it easy. The apartment is right in front of the main ski lift for skiing which makes a huge difference at the end of the day with kids! We would definitely love to return next year.

The apartment is very clean, every type of comfort is made available for those who arrive, parking space, the location where it is located is perfect, you are in front of a bakery bar, a few meters away there is a cable car, a newsagent, a minimarket and the main street of Aprica with other shops! I highly recommend it to families with children, couples or groups of friends! To date “ed io viaggio” is the best quality-price place where I have stayed! When I return to Aprica I will only go to them!

From the welcome everything was perfect, the cleanliness, the apartment finished with care and mastery. The cleanliness and the location, the owner very kind and helpful, sumptuous fruit basket upon arrival. Bottle of wine as a souvenir upon departure, possibility of covered garage and reserved parking, towels supplied beyond any need. two balconies and a perfect Wi-Fi. Thank you for this perfect stay. Congratulations to a young couple truly helpful and hospitable.

We stayed in Moreno and Simona’s apartment with 5 people and 3 dogs, despite being a two-room apartment the spaces were used perfectly, nothing was left to chance, and the attention received from the host was nothing short of fantastic. Equipped with every comfort upon our arrival we were greeted by a basket of fresh fruit, a bottle of wine and basic necessities ready for use. The terrace remains in the shade and well ventilated until late afternoon, ideal for lunch and for those like us who bring their pets on holiday.

The very central location allows you to reach any shop with a 5-minute walk, despite being in a quiet area. Reserved parking space outside and indoors in case of bad weather.
In short, to give you an idea, the photos do not reflect the real beauty of this gem in the mountains. Highly recommended!

Central location to the country and perfect for my needs.

The location was exceptional, a stone’s throw from the Palabione facility and close to all the services that Aprica offers in its central streets. Forget about the car, you can do everything on foot.
The apartment was in perfect condition, thanks to a recent renovation done by the owner himself, all in wood. Every space was used to the best: nothing is missing even in terms of appliances (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, ..) and technology (Wi-Fi, two LED televisions, ….)
Both outdoor and covered parking space.
The owners, Moreno, and Simona, were super kind and helpful from the first day until the return. Upon arrival we found fresh fruit and some thoughts that immediately made us understand the level of welcome and quality they want to offer.
When we return to Aprica, it will definitely be our first choice!

We stayed in this wonderful apartment last week. It is a little gem, completely made of wood, finished and decorated with skill and excellent taste by the owner himself, mountain chalet style, but with all the most modern comforts (excellent WiFi to be noted!) and top cleanliness. The owners, Simona and Moreno, welcomed us as if we were friends, with very welcome gifts both on arrival and departure (huge fruit basket and wine, both excellent), showing us in every way extreme attention from the beginning to the end of the holiday which, also thanks to them, passed peacefully and without worries. They really went out of their way. We appreciated it enormously. The apartment is in a perfect location, a stone’s throw from supermarkets, bars, clubs, ski lift (Palabione) and everything you might need. Practically under the house there is a very popular bar/bakery/pastry shop where you can have an excellent breakfast or have sandwiches prepared or even have an excellent aperitif. Oh, both covered and uncovered parking space! We are surely forgetting something… Practically everything was perfect! Thanks again Simona and Moreno! On our next trip to Apica, we will definitely come to you!

Everything absolutely perfect!!!

Fantastic, clean and newly renovated apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchenette, bathroom with toilet and 2 large balconies. Very modern furnishings. Everything smells good, with wood paneling and clean linen. The apartment is spacious and offers enough storage space for personal belongings.

In the bathroom there is a large number of towels, bathrobes and even a washing machine! The bedroom and living room have a TV (in the living room there is also Netflix), the Wi-Fi is stable and fast.
A huge fruit platter and a delicious prosecco with a nice welcome message were waiting for us on the table.
The apartment is located in a building very close to the entrance of the Palabione ski slope.
Right next to the parking in the underground garage there is a locker for storing skis and boots.
The hosts are great, kind and very friendly. They waited for us even if we were a bit late. Communication in English was always immediate. They showed us the property, explained everything to us and, as a bonus, recommended restaurants and shops. We are really grateful to have been able to meet such great people!

They accepted my request for accommodation after my arrival at 8 am. Morning. Reserved parking space. Personal delivery of the apartment with a description of where everything is located, small attentions prepared, everything absolutely clean and in perfect condition. Well equipped apartment. Apartment in perfect location, right next to the Palabione cable car. We had an underground garage, where there was a ski and boot locker right next to the car.

The owners gave us the apartment on the day of arrival, explained everything to us and as a welcome gift we received a giant basket of fruit.

The apartment is tastefully furnished, wood and stone are tastefully combined and it smells of wood. There is a dishwasher, a washing machine, a stove and plenty of dishes.

For the most forgetful, a mini kit for personal hygiene is available: toothpaste, shower gel, soap. There is a capsule coffee machine.

The view is of the village and the hills, there is also a balcony.
The Wi-Fi is absolutely fantastic.
This apartment is the nicest accommodation in Aprica that we have had the opportunity to visit in over 15 years of staying and we will certainly be happy to return.
