Booking procedure

The reservation is considered concluded only when the guest receives a confirmation email from Bertuzzi Homes and proceeds to make the payment according to the instructions provided in the confirmation email.

A registered guest can book the apartment through the Site if available for the dates and number of people requested. After checking availability, he/she will be able to see the summary of the request, enter the information and personal data requested and confirm the booking request. After sending the request, the guest will receive an email summarizing the information sent with the booking request.

Conclusion of the rental agreement

Bertuzzi Homes, having assessed the request and availability for the dates of interest to the guest, will send, as appropriate:

1. A communication rejecting the booking request due to unavailability or other reason that makes the booking unsuitable
2. a communication of approval/confirmation of the reservation. In this case, the email will contain the instructions for paying for the reservation. The confirmation will block the house until the time necessary to receive the payment. Only once the payment has been received, the reservation can be considered concluded in all respects and the apartment will be reserved for the guest booking for the stay.

Rental prices and extras

The rental is in the name and on behalf of the owner, for tourism purposes, at the prices indicated on the site. The houses are furnished and equipped with kitchen, appliances. Specific needs must be communicated and confirmed in writing in the booking confirmation. Animals are not allowed, unless specifically confirmed. Prices include utilities, final cleaning (unless otherwise indicated). Not included: deposit, requested extras, tourist tax.

1. Caution: Upon arrival at the property, guests will be asked to pay a deposit of €350. This amount will be returned, subject to assessment of any damage caused to the property, at the end of the stay.
2. Tourist tax
   Guests are required to pay on site the tourist tax provided by the Municipality of Aprica. The amount of the tax is 1.50 per night (for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights) for all guests aged 12 years and older.

Check-in and Check-out

The times are indicated on the website. Changes must be agreed upon promptly before arrival at the property. No refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures. At the end of the stay, the property must be vacated.
At check-in, guests must show an identity document for each member of the group for registration purposes, which the owners are required to do.
